CLUMSY TO BETTER MAN

Ok, kali ni saya ingin menceritakan tentang short movie yg telah disiapkan bagi tujuan assignment IMD157 yakni communication skill subjek di Uitm Segamat, Johor. Short movie ini berkisahkan tentang seorang budak nerd yang sering dibuli oleh rakan kelasnya, akibat terlalu diperlekehkan oleh kawannya, si mangsa buli mengambil langkah untuk mengubah dirinya agar nampak lebih yakin dan tidak dibuli lagi. Short movie ini telah menjalani pengambaran selama 3 hari di sekitar kawasan Uitm Segamat, Kl sentral dan lain lagi.
Short movie ini berdurasi selama 30 minit 58 saat dan telah disunting mengunakan Sony Vegas Pro 12 dan merupakan antara salah satu daripada projek kerjasama GUASTEDY PRODUCTION.

HUJAN DAN PAYUNG PELIK


Memandangkan sekarang ni Malaysia asyik musim hujan.
Hari ni saya akan berkongsi sedikit benda yg paling penting ketika hujan.

PAYUNG
Payung merupakan alat yg direka bagi mengelak dari terkena air hujan mahupun melindungi diri sinaran UV matahari yang tidak baik untuk kulit kita. Dunia hari ini telah menemukan pelbagai teknologi dan idea bernas untuk menciptakan payung jenis baru.

Memperkenalkan Nubrella. . .
Nubrella merupakan payung bebas tangan yg popular diluar negara. iaitu New York oleh Alan Kaufman pada tahun 2008. 
Berikut merupakan cerita disebalik terciptanya payung ini.
The Story


Back in 2002, Alan Kaufman, Nubrella’s Founder and Creator, was living in Manhattan. In mid December on a very windy rainy day while standing in one of his wireless stores, Alan began to take notice of how everyone was struggling with their umbrella. At that moment an image appeared in his mind and he ran over to his desk and drew it.
When later asked; what was the flash of genius? Alan responded; "I just realized that the umbrella is not designed for wind and it should be aerodynamic in shape. I also said wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a hands free umbrella?"

"I never planned on inventing a product, I just noticed a problem and came up with a solution." —Alan Kaufman

Alan then began the long task of making his dream a reality. Over the next several years Alan worked with some of the leading product design and engineering firms in the US. The result is an eye catching aerodynamic canopy with no pole in the middle that simply rests on your shoulders and securely fastens for complete hands free capability.
"Millions of people are required to work outdoors no matter what the conditions are and simply can not hold an umbrella and perform their tasks". Alan states; "the umbrella was long overdue for some innovation, now people can ride their bikes and work outdoors completely hands free while staying protected."

Menurut cerita, payung ini dicipta setelah Alan menghadapi situasi hujan yg telah memperlihatkan dia kepada orang ramai yang sibuk mengunakan payung ketika hujan mengunakan tangan. Alan telah mencipta payung yg mempunyai bentuk aerodanamik dan bebas tangan. Sejak daripada itu, Alan telah mempatentkan ciptaannya dan menjual produknya lebih daripada 66 buah negara.

 
Selain daripada nubrella terdapat pelbagai lagi jenis payung yang pelik dari segi rekaan bentuknya.

Destinasi Bajet ' Trip Hiking Gunung Ledang '





Check2. .Ok. Kali ni saya akan menceritakan pengalaman trip saya ber'hiking di gunung ledang yang terletak di Johor,Tangkak. Perjalanan saya mengambil masa lebih kurang 1jam dari Uitm Segamat. Kami bergerak seawal 7pagi bagi mengelakkan kesesakan.

Ok, sedikit pengenalan tentang gunung ledang,
Gunung ledang terkenal dengan pusat rekreasi alam semulajadi yang masih dijaga rapi oleh jabatan perhilitan. Selain daripada berkelah, terdapat juga air terjun yg membolehkan ramai pengunjung datang untuk bersantai bersama keluarga. Kemudahan lain termasuklah gerai2, chalet, dan yg paling penting sekali, tak lain dan tak bukan 'tandas' hehehe.

Trip saya bermula dengan pendakian ke kawasan air terjun paling tinggi di gunung ini. Saya serta rakan mengambil masa lebih kurang 1/2 jam untuk sampai ke air terjun yang paling teratas dibenarkan di situ. Kami berkelah dan bersarapan dengan suasana yg begitu menenangkan disamping menghayati keindahan alam. cehh!!!:) 


Next, kami juga sempat memberi makan kpd encik2 ikan yg turut juga bersarapan bersama2 kami. Memang seronok gile dapat plak feel ikan gelitik2 kaki, memang geli lah citenye:). Selesai je kami aktiviti mandi-manda kami juga sempat membeli seviniour sebagai tanda kenangan kami di kedai cenderamata yg terletak betul2 di dihadapan pintu masuk ke air terjun.

Our journey diteruskan lagi dgn satu lagi lokasi yg betul2 kami admire iaitu. . . .




Jeng jeng jeng!!!
Inilah dia kedai nasi ayam ali yang memang dah lame kiteorang plan nx try. Tepat2 je kiteorang sampai kt situ, .kire2 pkul 12 1/2 camtu. kedai baru je dibuka dan kamilah pelanggan pertama yg menjamu selera disitu. Special nya tentang nasi ayam disitu, mereka menyediakan pelbagai pilihan sos untuk dijamu dgn nasi ayam yg lagi sedap malah harganya turut berpatutan. Landmark untuk ke kedai ini ialah bersebelahan dengan bank 'RHB' berhampiran dengan kuil hindu.



Selesai sahaja lunch kami, Kami meneruskan lagi perjalanan kami ke stesen minyak petronas bagi mengisi petrol dan terus pulang menuju ke Uitm Segamat. Alhamdulillah, kira2 jam 2ptg kami tiba dgn selamatnya dan aktiviti seterusnya di dalam bilik setelah penat. .hehe. .tidurlah :)
Overall bajet kami bagi hari tu just around Rm50 camtu with makanan yg sedap, tempat menarik siap boleh beli cenderahati lagi:)

TIPS TO QUIT SMOKING

 

Nicotine is the addictive drug in tobacco smoke that causes smokers to continue to smoke. Addicted smokers need enough nicotine over a day to ‘feel normal’ – to satisfy cravings or control their mood. How much nicotine a smoker needs determines how much smoke they are likely to inhale, no matter what type of cigarette they smoke. Think positive

You might have given up before, but tell yourself that you’re really going to do it this time.

Make a plan to quit smoking

Make a promise, set a date and stick to it. Don’t be put off by a wedding, party or other time when you’d normally smoke.

Change your diet

Is your after-dinner cigarette your favourite? A US study revealed that some foods, including meat, make cigarettes more satisfying. Others, including cheese, fruit and vegetables, make cigarettes taste terrible. So swap your usual steak or burger for a veggie pizza instead.  

Change your drink

The same study looked at drinks. Fizzy drinks, alcohol, cola, tea and coffee all make cigarettes taste better. So when you’re out, drink more water and juice. Some people find that simply changing their drink (for example, switching from wine to a vodka and tomato juice), affects their need to reach for a cigarette.

Identify when you crave cigarettes

A craving can last five minutes. Before you give up, make a list of five-minute strategies. For example, you could leave the party for a minute, dance or go to the bar. And think about this: the combination of smoking and drinking heavily raises your risk of mouth cancer by 38 times.

Get moving

A review of scientific studies has proved that exercise (even a five-minute walk or stretch) cuts cravings and may help your brain to produce anti-craving chemicals.

Make non-smoking friends

When you’re at a party, stick with the non-smokers. "When you look at the smokers, don’t envy them," says Louise, 52, an ex-smoker. "Think of what they’re doing as a bit strange – lighting a small white tube and breathing in smoke."

Keep your hands and mouth busy

Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) can make you twice as likely to succeed. As well as patches, there are tiny tablets, lozenges, gum and a nasal spray. If you like holding a cigarette, use an inhalator. Try putting your drink in the hand that usually holds a cigarette, or drink from a straw to keep your mouth busy.

Many people are allergic to certain scents, with the most common symptom being—you guessed it—a killer headache. Three smells that tend to trigger reactions are gasoline, tobacco, and perfume. Stash a small vial of all-natural lavender or peppermint oil in your glove compartment to distract your senses when it's time to fill up the tank.

5 TIPS ON HEALTHY BREAKFASTS


Today, i wanna share some tips that i has read from internet and get from my friends. Breakfast is the most important thing that we must do. Breakfast can provide an energy to our body in doing daily activity. There are many tips that we can train our self to have the good breakfasts.

1) "Avoiding Fast food!"

Say farewell to the fast food places that beckon you on your way to work, and begin to make smarter choices at home instead. Consider breakfast as the way to fuel your day. A donut just won't do the trick. A sausage and egg biscuit will weigh you down, not get your motor running. If you think of breakfast as setting the course for the rest of your day, you'll start thinking healthy instead of fast, cheap, and convenient.

2) Settle for a Single Spread

If you're used to putting butter or margarine on your toast along with jam, preserves, or jelly, try skipping the fat-laden spread and just add the fruity stuff. You may find your toast is just as tasty without the added fat. Tip: Try an all-fruit spread. My pick is Pollaner Strawberry All-fruit.

3) Choose a Smarter Cereal

If you normally have a bowl of cold cereal, give hot cereal a try. Oatmeal is a great choice. It is rich in fiber, which will keep you feeling full, and does your health good by helping reduce cholesterol. Oats contain water-soluble fiber, and its carbohydrates release slowly into the bloodstream, helping to keep cravings from coming on fast. 4) Pick a Better Bread

5) Make Your Own Fast Food

Think of portable foods you enjoy that can serve as replacements for fast food. A low-fat vanilla yogurt cup and a cereal bar is a quick, convenient breakfast that's easy to take with you. Be creative! Even cottage cheese becomes portable if you wrap it in a whole-wheat tortilla; add some pieces of fruit before you roll it up for extra flavor, fiber, and vitamins. Tip: A turkey sandwich is a great choice for those "but I don't like breakfast" folks. A couple of slices of turkey breast on whole wheat bread with low-fat mayo will provide a balance of protein and good carbs to start your day off right. You may wish to add low-fat cheese, lettuce and tomato to make it even heartier.

Hello, Today i wanna share something that i know about fruits and the benefits of these kind of fruit such as Apple, Avocado, Banana, and Blackberry. All these fruits has their own of functions. Many people just eat the fruit but don't know the real nutrition and benefits of this fruits.

 
Apple

NUTRITION ON OUR DAILY LIFE

Today, i want to share something that i know about nutrition.
First of all nutrition is define as the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. 
There are seven major classes of nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins, and water.

Carbohydrates - our main source of energy.
Fats - one source of energy and important in relation to fat soluble vitamins.
Roughage (Fiber) - the fibrous indigestible portion of our diet essential to health of the digestive system.
Minerals - those inorganic elements occurring in the body and which are critical to its normal functions.
Proteins - essential to growth and repair of muscle and other body tissues.
Vitamins - water and fat soluble vitamins play important roles in many chemical processes in the body.
Water - essential to normal body function - as a vehicle for carrying other nutrients and because 60% of the human body is water.

The tips for our daily nutrition is we must eat as a balance diet to maintain our health and avoid an disease such as :-

1. Avoiding junk food and carbonate water.
2. Eat breakfast, and eat smaller meals throughout the day.
3. Drinks a lot of water.
4. Take time to chew your food and enjoy mealtimes.
5. Fill up on colorful fruits and vegetables in your meals.

Lastly, nutrition is important because it can produces as energy that we use in daily life and with the right daily meals we can avoid our body from health risk such heart disease, cancer, strokes, diabetes, obesity, blood pressure and others.
